I grew up with an army dad, and we could not be late. If you're on time, you're late!
I provide my clients the respect and courtesy by arriving early to setup and prepare for the day ahead. I book my appointments down to the exact minute. If you are late, I must adjust your service to be courteous to the next client.
What does this mean?
If a full foil appointment was scheduled, a tardy arrival adjusts the appointment to a partial foil. Many stylists will charge for the original scheduled appointment. To avoid a half service exchanged for a full service, arrive early.
