I can’t stress enough how important it is to bring pictures in for your stylist!

I had a client once tell me she wants chunky highlights. Every time I gave her a big weaved highlight, it wasn’t chunky enough. After a few appointments of not getting it right, I finally went for the 90s style chunky. To my dismay, it still wasn’t what she asked for. Finally, a lightbulb went off in my head. I will look for chunky highlights on the web. I couldn’t find what she was looking for. It took a lot of time, but I finally found what she was looking for. Balayage! BALAYAGE! Pictures. They speak a thousand words!
